Grade: Split grade Rev EF, Details of the eagles shoulders very clear, Obv VF+ (ex-mount, presumably Obverse up/out).

Additional Notes: I suspect this coin was worn in a piece of jewellery, such as a ring, with the Obverse ("Indian Head") facing up/out. The obverse is a more worn than the reverse and has a slight raised (less worn) rim, possibly protected by a mount.
