Additional Notes: A coin that's in exceptional condition with very little wear and possibly never circulated, just poorly stored. Unfortunately someone decided it would be a good idea to scratch a message into the reverse from the 11 0'clock to 4 o'clock positions, and a touch of burnishing (possibly where someone thought they could burnish it out). The piece presents a great opportunity to buy a high grade, low wear, coin and much less than the usual $1,000+ price tag.
