Description
ManChu Dynasty, From north-east (outside of the Great wall) they conquested the Ming Dynasty and became the last ruling dynasty of China inbetween 1644-1912.They came in with total different culture: the social realation, the language ,the writing and most unforgetable hair style:the pig tail. They forced Han people to accept their terrible ruling and culture but soon they found it was them be similared like Han people.
All this started with the currency :They didn't have any before the conquer. So they copied and published the samiler coins:round shape with square hole in the middle( so you can wire them up and easy carrying around). The front was the name of emperor in Chinese. the back is the writing in Manchuli.
Total 27 places in China were allowed to make these coins, so they were few difference inbetween. and only Xinjiang State made these coins by red copper.
